I Hate Pets

So really...there is not much going on around here. We are living with my parents just trying to find a home. We're waiting for a killer deal to come along. We went by our "old" place last weekend to pick up our mail and I rang the doorbell to our "old" house and someone else answered the door...that was a weird feeling. What was so sad is that as soon as I rang the doorbell a dog started yappin'. it makes me sad that our "old" carpet is now going to get pee on it. So sad (can you tell I'm not a fan of pets? I don't even want a fish in the house). The ward here is very friendly. It's fun to come back to people I know. The first day we went to church the bishop and the stake president came and spoke with us...it feels pretty good to know who people are. Anyway, here are some random pictures. When we get into our own house and start a normal routine I will take more pictures. Being somewhere else makes me forget to blog. So enjoy the random-hood-ness-ship. One day I'll be the blogging queen again.

My little stud man, Ethan.

My brother, Brant, took some really awesome pictures in downtown Salt Lake. Here are a couple of them.

This is a bad picture, but this is my dad's awesome new gun. I haven't shot it yet, but Ben & Ryan did. They said it was awesome. It didn't kick back even a little but it was super loud. My dad is a gun fanatic. I grew up with him reloading shells and hearing the primer go off sometimes and I thought someone was dead...so freaky.

The Move

Thank you for all of your comments on my "going crazy" day. I really appreciate you all helping and being willing to help. Here is the plan if anyone wants to come help:

We are starting Saturday morning at 8:30. We have two PODS coming between 8am and 9am on Saturday. They are dropping them in the driveway so don't park there. We also have a u-haul truck that our Realtor is letting us use. We are packing the Pods with stuff we won't need for a while (furniture, books, storage stuff, garage stuff, etc.) and we are packing the u-haul with things to go to my parent's home (beds, clothes, some kid toys, food, P90X so I can beat myself up some more). And we will put garbage crap in a truck and take a load to the dump. We have a lot of stuff packed, but I will be packing last minute items Saturday morning. So if anyone wants to come help move or pack on Saturday, we would be grateful. No pressure though, I know moving sucks!! I will also have to find time in that busy day to go buy Twilight!! :-) We are really going to miss all our neighbors and friends we have around here. And thanks to all you who helped me out a ton when I was pregnant with Ethan, I know it was a sacrifice...but it was much appreciated and I still think about you today. We love you all! I'll keep blogging and I'll let you know where we end up. Thanks!!

Does Anyone Want to go Crazy with Me?

I'm going crazy. Ben is working during the day, and doing school at night until 11 pm. We have our final walk-through on our home Wednesday night. Thursday night our awesome neighbors are having us over for dinner. Friday we're trying to figure out a time to close on the home. Saturday we're moving. I have not started packing again. How am I supposed to get all this done in 4 days with 2 kids? I'm on hold with POD storage right now, and they're having a hard time delivering PODS on Friday because I called too late (of course). I also started doing P90X this week and I am dying of pain. I should not have started that this week. I worked on Chest and Back and I can't even put my arms together to blow my freaking nose. That's not so great when I'm trying to pack and move boxes. Alright, I'm finished with my rant now. Hope all of you are doing well!!

Ice Cream Makes Me Fat

We love Baskin Robbins around here. I'm so fat I mean happy because we have one so close. My favorite is a double scoop of chocolate peanut butter and mint chocolate chip in a cup, what's your favorite?

Ben and I took a trip to Sports Authority. Ben had a great time. I told him I wanted one of those in our home so I could punch it when I'm mad at Ben. Ben then informed me, "Kelly, you are never mad at me, I'm the perfect husband". Oh right I forgot.
Dumb Photo
My brother Brant is really missing his 2 other brothers that are in the Marines. He said we should have a "girls night out" since he's surrounded by them. So we went to Baskin Robbins...and what did I get? A scoop of chocolate peanut butter and a scoop of mint chocolate chip in a cup. Yummy.

We are moving in 2 weeks. If any family/friends want to come help us move Saturday the 21st, that would be awesome. We put an offer on two homes, one in Stansbury, one in Erda. We're just waiting to see if we get one of those...if not, we'll take it from there and do something different. It looks like we'll be moving in with my parents for at least a couple weeks. The future owners of our home seem to be nice people. Their names are Heather and Jeff. They don't have any kids. And they're big BYU fans. That's all I know about them.

I apologize for not blogging as much as I used to. I've been a little busy. Life is pretty crazy around here.
