January, to me should be renamed to: Blah (way to be positive Kell)
January/February are the Months I just feel like doing nothing (more positivity flowing from me).
So I'll give a bullet list of things we've been up to.
*Kangaroo Zoo (a couple of times-the kids needed to burn energy)
*Going for walks when the sun comes out (we need some Vitamin D)
*Watching Greenbay win the Steelers with friends = AWESOME!!
*Having a friend motivate me to get into food storage (I bought 50 lbs. of WHEAT people!) & 25 lbs. of SALT- I won't be needing salt for the rest of my life.
*Trying new recipes for dinner, including making bread.
*Starting a dinner exchange with a friend (I make dinner for her family one night a week, and she makes dinner for my family one night a week--so far I'm loving it!)
*Ben and I have gone on some dates (yay for dates!), for example:
-New Restaurants like the BBQ place that is nationally recognized Q4U
-Barnes & Noble (we love to sit and read together-where it's quiet)
-Starbucks (for hot cocoa/steamed milk)
-Target for "our" game.
-Nothing Bundt Cakes for my favorite little cakes.
*Signed the boys up for baseball-They're excited!
*Fun play dates with cousins
*Went to the Cannery for the first time
*Ryan is doing really well in school. He loves it!
*Trying to pass time until the weather gets warmer...UGH!
