I'm sure some of you have noticed we have a "For Sale" sign in front of our home. No, it is not a mistake. Yes, we are trying to move. So here is the short story. With Ben's new job at Pacificorp being in downtown Salt Lake, the commute to Riverton in traffic is terrible. We've always wanted to live in Tooele/Stansbury/Erda/Grantsville by both of our family's, but Ben's old job was in Draper and it didn't make sense. So here is our chance to be where we really want to live. And for the gossipers, no we are not in the poor house...Yes we love our neighbors...Yes we love our home...Kind of sad to go...But really excited to go at the same time. We realize the market sucks, so we may just end up staying if we can't sell. We also realize if we do sell, we'd be able to get a home while the interest rates are insanely low. So here's to our new adventure (this is where we tap our wine glasses together if we drank wine). Wish us luck!

I hope you guys sell soon and find a house our here soon! It would be so cool having you guys so close... And then if you guys were in the same ward as all of us!! That would be cool. LOL, all we would need to do then is find Jake and Shayla a free house in Tooele then we would all be in the same ward. Ha ha, one big happy family!
And Liz and Rick... I sometimes forget Liz, but because the has the different last name.. I don't do it on purpose.

Okay, that shows you how often I drive down your street because I had no idea you were trying to sell it! : ) I am sad but I see the draw of no commute. We have been talking about moving too for the last couple months just because I am so dang sick of his commute. : )
Good luck! It is not much fun having to keep your house clean all the time for people who might come see it, especially with little ones running around. That will be nice if you can get back "home," though.

I talked to Jake and Shayla yesterday and they told us the good news about the house. That is awesome. So you're house hunting! I think that is a lot of fun. I read Shalleece's comment and she ought to know we won't let Jake and Shayla leave our ward so easily and we are going to fight to get you guys in Erda too. After all it is the best! Rion actually knows of a house in our ward that is for sale and might go to foreclosure, don't worry its nice. If you are interested let me know and i will find out all the details.
