Ryan & Pete's Adventures

Ryan brought home Pete the Cat (based off of the books) from school. He was supposed to take pictures of Pete going to different places, then write about it in a journal. He was the first one in his class to get Pete, then it gets passed on to all the other kids. We had so much fun with this assignment! Here is Pete and Ryan's Journey:

The Police Station. Above with Bruin the Bear.
The Police officers were amazing! They let Ryan and Pete get in the police car, turn on the lights, and other gadgets. They also came up with other fun things for us to do (further down in the post).

At the Fire station.
The Police Officers were so happy they were more fun than the fireman. They said, "What! The fireman didn't even let you go down the pole?"

The Police Officers called another Police officer who works at Herriman High School, and said we were coming to take pictures with Pete the Cat. He met us at the front door, and helped us with all the photos at Herriman High. I was just amazed at how sweet they were, and excited to help Ryan with his project. Above are Ryan & Pete on the Herriman High basketball court. (btw-I freaking wish my high school looked like Herriman High does...it was awesome!!)

Ryan spotting Pete the Cat

Practicing a little football on the field.

The Police Officer came up with this idea too. Pretty cool!

Pete was the football here, Ryan was coming in for a touchdown.
Go Mustangs!

Ryan and Pete got arrested. Oh no!!
(if you look closely, Ryan looks really sad...Ryan was a good actor!)

Pete and Ryan had some pretty wild adventures. We're sad to see him go back to school tomorrow.

We're going to miss Pete the Cat!!
