My First Race
Ever!
(p.s. I think I run funny...although my arms look weird because I had to hold my head phones in the whole time)
I did not like the hour of waiting time before the race in the cold, but I did enjoy the race itself. And even though it was only a 5K, I still felt like a champ crossing the finish line.
Happy 30th birthday to me!
Ah, I'm old!
We went out to my Mom's house for dinner that night. Thanks Mom for making my favorite!!
I love the look on Ethan's face in the photo above. He seems so pleased his Mama is having a birthday.
Do you like that awesome 2 layer chocolate cake Ben made for me? It was delicious.

On Memorial Day Ben took the boys on a hike up Yellow Fork Canyon. I went birthday shopping with my Mom (thanks Mom!). My boys are awesome hikers! And I love that they have such a great dad that takes them.

Happy 30th Birthday it is all down hill from here. Just Kidding! :) Good job on your race, that is awesome. We should get together with you guys sometime. We are back in Utah county and it would be fun to have a get together, you guys, Rob & Kandis just like we did a few years ago. :) Hope all is going well with you.
