I broke down and bought me some fake UGGs (from Costco). And why did they get that name? Because the wife of the maker of UGGs thought they were ugly. True story.

p.s. Ben totally thinks I bought them because they are "trendy". I did not. As mentioned above, I think they are ugly. I think girls must finally be realizing it's more important for their feet to be comfortable than pretty...I know, it's a stretch right?

I totally know what you mean, they are ugly, but they are so warm and comfy! And you can wear them barefooted... ah, heaven. They look a little bit cuter if you roll down the top, to give them a "fur-lined top." At least, that's what I think. ;)

Kelly, you're nuts. They are not Ugly or fake-that is called smart! You have an x mas list a mile long for your kids and family- heck you saved money on something for you- isn't what all moms do- but...later, when your kids are older I sure they would not be caught dead wearing fake uggs!- as you would spend your money on them!
Thats funny I was thinking the same thing the other day wondering why are they so popular when they are so flippin ugly. LOL! Well at least your footsies are comfy!
