Zucchini Recipe

For those of you who need a new Zucchini Recipe. It was from my Mother-in-Law.

Zucchini Pineapple

4 quarts peeled either cubed or shredded zucchini
46 oz. canned pineapple juice
1 1/2 c. lemon juice
3 c. sugar

Mix all ingredients together in a large pan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 min.

Put into jars and process in a water bath caner for 25 min.

Okay, this sound pretty good but what id it like when it is done? Are you supposed to use it as a relish or what does it go on?
